The Board and the Executive Committee are in charge of Cefic’s governance and strategic positioning. They are elected by the General Assembly for a two-year period.
The National Association Board and the Industry Sector Board ensure the direct involvement of national associations and industry sectors leaders in the operational management of Cefic.
The Executive Committee submits strategic and major positioning issues to the Board for consideration.
