Communications
The Communications Programme develops overarching communication strategies, aligned with Cefic priorites and advocacy plans. It ensures a proper flow of information towards stakeholders, the media and the public.

The Energy, HSE & Logistics Programme’s key areas of work include energy issues, climate change strategy, health, safety and environment issues and transport and logistics matters.

Industrial Policy
The Cefic Industrial Policy programme addresses industrial policy and competitiveness issues and coordinates Cefic input to the High Level Group on Chemicals. It also focuses on international trade issues and provides economic studies and statistics services.

Legislation & Institutional Affairs
The Cefic Legislation & Advocacy Programme addresses intellectual property and competition law issues, better regulation, environmental legislation and the legal aspects of REACH and governance. The programme also addresses partnerships and experience sharing with new and candidate member states.

Product Stewardship
The Cefic Product Stewardship Programme addresses EU Chemicals legislation (REACH, CLP), emerging issues related to new or existing product categories. It also focuses on nanomaterials and sustainable production and consumption.
